TYLER'S Return Policy
TYLER'S is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason with the merchandise you receive, simply return it within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you. The returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. After 30 days, you may only receive TYLER'S Online store credit for the amount of your purchase.
- If an item is returned without original packaging and/or tags, that item is subject to a restocking fee of 10% or more, or you may only receive TYLER'S online store credit for the amount of that item.
- Footwear must be in new condition (no wear on the inside or outside). Shoe boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them. Shoe boxes used as shipping boxes will not be accepted or may be subjected to a 20% re-boxing and stocking fee.
- Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
- Some items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. These include: Sun Screen & hair/body products, Perfume/Cologne, lip balm.

How do I return an item from my order?
Step 1: Pack the item(s) in the original shipping material or a cardboard box. Please include the original packing slip, or a note with your name & order number.
Step 2: Click here to print out a pre-paid FedEx Return Label & attach the label to the package.
Step 3: Drop off your package at any FedEx location.
Please note: For your convenience, online orders can also be returned to any TYLER'S location or Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas.
When mailing returns back to us using our pre-paid FexEx Return Label, there will be a $6 fee deducted from your refund for the return shipping cost. In the event a return is made due to defective merchandise or a wrong item was shipped, you will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the merchandise back. You will also not be charged for return shipping if you are returning an item for an exchange.

How do I know my return has been processed?
You will receive an email as soon as your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing from the time you return your item(s) to us.
Can I exchange my order?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, color, or a different style of equal or lesser value, we're happy to process that exchange for you!
Please use our pre-paid return shipping label to send your items back to us and note which item you're wanting to exchange it for. Once we receive your return, we will ship the exchange out to you. If we are unable to locate the items you are wanting to exchange for, you will be contacted via email or phone.
If you're wanting to exchange your order for items that are not equal to or less than the value of your original order, please place a new order online for the desired item(s).
