TYLER'S Return Policy

Our ultimate goal is to make our customers happy and to provide exceptional customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return the items to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used. After 30 days, you may only receive TYLER'S online store credit for the value of the items being returned. 

Merchandise is eligible for a refund if the items are: 

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned within 30 days
  • Returned with original packaging and/or tags
  • Returned in the original box, if the returned item was received in a box. (Shoe boxes must be placed inside a cardboard shipping box when being shipped back to us. Shoe boxes used as shipping boxes, or footwear returned without the original shoe box, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee).

Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn with all tags and hygiene liners attached

Hair and body products are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty. These include but are not limited to sun screen, hair shampoo & conditioner, lip balm, lotion and hair styling product.

Each returned item is carefully evaluated. If for any reason your return is ineligible for a refund, you will be contacted immediately.

TYLER'S Easy Return Process

Step 1: Pack the item(s) in the original shipping material or a cardboard box. Please include the original packing slip, your order confirmation email, or a note with your name & order number.

Step 2: With your order # and your order's shipping zip code, use this link to locate your order and print a prepaid FedEx Return Label.

Step 3: Attach the Return Shipping label to the package.

Step 4: Drop off your package at any FedEx location.

We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return. TYLER'S will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit when using a shipping method other than our prepaid FedEx Return Label.
For your convenience, online orders can also be returned to any of our TYLER'S Store Locations within 30 days of the delivery date. You will be asked to provide your original packing slip or confirmation email when returning items to a store location.


You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. If the original form of payment is not an option, you will receive store credit. We begin processing returns as soon as they are delivered to us, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be appear on your bank statement. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, but returns are free! You will not be charged for return shipping when returning items to us using our prepaid FedEx Return Label.



Need a different color, size, or style? Please follow the above guidelines and instructions on how to return an item from your order. Once you have completed your return, simply place an order for your replacement item.
