General Purpose of Position

As part of the management team, the Sales Assistant Manager works directly with the Store Manager to ensure the responsibilities of day-to-day management and sales goals of the retail store are being met. The Sales Assistant Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. The Assistant Manager is responsible for opening and closing the store when the Store Manager is not present. An Assistant Manager is a leader and must have the ability to make informative decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage the store when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities/Duties

·   Responsible for customer service training and scheduling of on-sight vendor training to ensure sales associates have the correct product knowledge and skills to meet customer service expectations.
·   Develop baseline customer service training to ensure customer service expectations are met.
·   Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
·   Interview, hire, train and create a positive work environment in order to retain staff.
·   Assists with scheduling sales staff to maximize profitability
·   Assists with orientation, training, and development of sales associates in company policies and standards.
·   Ensures safekeeping of all TYLER'S property
·   Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

General Purpose of Position
As the E-Commerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conversing with customers, often as a first point of contact. Your mission is to guide our new and returning customers through any obstruction they may encounter during their customer journey.

Our ideal candidate will be able to answer questions from our customer's perspective. TYLER'S proudly serves multiple generations of families and knowing how to communicate effectively to different age groups and technical savvy is imperative. We strive to make our customer journey as simplistic and easy going as possible.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, good at managing multiple tasks at once, and can manage their time appropriately. There will be direct oversight from multiple managers, but taking initiative is key to ensuring we maintain timely customer service.

The customer service team works in direct coordination with our shipping and fulfillment team to ensure appropriate order requirements are upheld. At times of reduced support inquiries, our customer service staff will occasionally assist the shipping and fulfillment team.

General Purpose of Position
Racquet & Jog / Tyler’s is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable clerk to work in our Administrative office in Bullard, Texas. Position is full-time, hourly paid starting at $17.00 an hour.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alerts supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
  • Facilitates payment of vendors, reviewing purchase orders, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities and shortages, and issues purchase order amendments and past due notices as needed.
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
  • Routinely communicates with buyers, vendors and company stores.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
