General Purpose of Position

As part of the management team, the Sales Assistant Manager works directly with the Store Manager to ensure the responsibilities of day-to-day management and sales goals of the retail store are being met. The Sales Assistant Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. The Assistant Manager is responsible for opening and closing the store when the Store Manager is not present. Responsibilities/Duties

Responsibilities/Duties

  Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service is met through greeting customers, answering phones, and directing customer inquiries to the appropriate departments.

General Purpose of Position: As part of the management team, a Store Manager works directly with the District Manager to ensure the responsibilities of day-to-day management and operations of the retail store are being met. The Store Manager helps with implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for opening and closing the store. A Store Manager is a leader and must have the ability to make informative decisions, solve problems in a critical and diligent manner, and effectively manage the store when the Store Manager is not present.

Responsibilities/Duties

. Responsible for ensuring that the highest level of customer service is met through thorough training and inspiration to sales associates and management staff.

.  Assists with orientation, training, coaching, and developing sales associates in execution of daily tasks and sales.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

General Purpose of Position
As the E-Commerce Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conversing with customers, often as a first point of contact. Your mission is to guide our new and returning customers through any obstruction they may encounter during their customer journey.

Our ideal candidate will be able to answer questions from our customer's perspective. TYLER'S proudly serves multiple generations of families and knowing how to communicate effectively to different age groups and technical savvy is imperative. We strive to make our customer journey as simplistic and easy going as possible.
Additionally, we are looking for someone who is highly organized, good at managing multiple tasks at once, and can manage their time appropriately. There will be direct oversight from multiple managers, but taking initiative is key to ensuring we maintain timely customer service.

The customer service team works in direct coordination with our shipping and fulfillment team to ensure appropriate order requirements are upheld. At times of reduced support inquiries, our customer service staff will occasionally assist the shipping and fulfillment team.
