TYLER'S RETURN PROCESS

Please return items to our web office or one of our store locations within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.
Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.

Attach the return shipping label and drop off your package at any FedEx location.

We highly recommend securing a tracking number for your return. TYLER'S will not be liable for any return packages lost in transit when using a shipping method other than our prepaid FedEx Return Label. We can not currently tell FedEx to pickup returns at your house or business. You must drop off returns at a local FedEx location.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. If the original form of payment is not an option, you will receive store credit. You will also receive store credit if a return is made with a Gift Card as the form of payment used. We begin processing returns as soon as they are delivered to us, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be appear on your bank statement.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, but returns are free! You will not be charged for return shipping when returning items to us using our prepaid FedEx Return Label.

Need a different color, size, or style? Please follow the above guidelines and instructions on how to return an item from your order. Once you have completed your return, simply place an order for your replacement item.

Return Eligibility

Merchandise is eligible for a refund if the items are:

​1. Unworn and in original condition

2. Returned within 30 days

3. Returned with original packaging and/or tags

4. Returned in the original box, if the returned item was received in a box.

(Shoe boxes must be placed inside a cardboard shipping box when being shipped back to us. Shoe boxes used as shipping boxes, or footwear returned without the original shoe box, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee)

5. Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn with all tags and hygiene liners attached.

6. Hair and body products are final sale and cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to sunscreen, hand sanitizer, hair shampoo & conditioner, lip balm, lotion and hair styling product.

7. Candy Club items are final sale.
