TYLER'S RETURN PROCESS
Please return items to our web office or one of our store locations within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Refunds are processed to the original form of payment used.
Holiday Returns:
All orders placed between November 25, 2020 and December 31, 2020 can be returned by January 31, 2021 following normal return conditions. Orders after this time frame are subject to the normal 30 day return window. Items received as gifts with Gift Receipts can be exchanged for store credit or returned to the original form of payment.
Please allow additional time to process returns as we continue to provide a safe work environment for our hard working staff. Returns will be quarantined and disinfected following CDC Guidelines before we can begin processing each order.
Merchandise is eligible for a refund if the items are:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Returned within 30 days
- Returned with original packaging and/or tags
- Returned in the original box, if the returned item was received in a box. (Shoe boxes must be placed inside a cardboard shipping box when being shipped back to us. Shoe boxes used as shipping boxes, or footwear returned without the original shoe box, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee).
Swimwear can only be returned if it is unworn with all tags and hygiene liners attached.
Hair and body products are final sale and cannot be returned. These include but are not limited to sunscreen, hand sanitizer, hair shampoo & conditioner, lip balm, lotion and hair styling product.
Each returned item is carefully evaluated. If for any reason your return is ineligible for a refund, you will be contacted immediately. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact our customer support team.

Pack the item(s) in the original shipping material or a cardboard box. Please include the original packing slip, your order confirmation email, or a note with your name & order number.
Step Two
With your order # and your order's shipping zip code, use this link to locate your order and print a prepaid FedEx Return Label.
Step Three
Attach the Return Shipping label to the package.
Step Four
Drop off your package at any FedEx location.

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment used. If the original form of payment is not an option, you will receive store credit. We begin processing returns as soon as they are delivered to us, but please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be appear on your bank statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, but returns are free! You will not be charged for return shipping when returning items to us using our prepaid FedEx Return Label.
EXCHANGES
Need a different color, size, or style? Please follow the above guidelines and instructions on how to return an item from your order. Once you have completed your return, simply place an order for your replacement item.
