Can i use multiple forms of payment on the same order?

At online checkout, you can use one TYLER’S gift card together with one credit or debit card. We don’t support multiple credit, debit, or gift cards on a single order. If you have more than one TYLER’S gift card, contact Support and we can combine the balances into your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and TYLER'S gift cards. Please note that only one form of payment can be used per order, including a single gift card. If you’d like to use multiple gift cards, reach out to our support team and they can transfer the balance to your account.

What are the terms of the email sign-up coupon?

The email sign-up coupon is valid for new subscribers only and may be used once per customer on their first order. Customers who unsubscribe and sign up again, or sign up using another email address, are not eligible to receive or use an additional first-order coupon.

The coupon cannot be applied to previous orders, bulk orders, sale items, gift cards, or select brands or products. If items purchased with the coupon are returned or cancelled, a new coupon cannot be issued or applied to a future order.

Do you price match?

Yes. TYLER’S may price match an eligible item sold online by an authorized retailer. To request a price match, please email our Support team at support@tylerstx.com with a link to the lower-priced item before placing your order. Our team will review the item, retailer, and current price to confirm whether it qualifies.

To qualify for a price match, the item must be:

  • The Same Product
    • The item must be the exact same brand, model or style, size, and color as the item available on tylerstx.com.
  • From an Authorized Retailer
    • The item must be sold directly by an authorized retailer. Not sure if a retailer qualifies? Our Support team will verify the retailer as part of the price match review.
  • In Stock
    • The exact item must be currently available for purchase on both tylerstx.com and the authorized retailer’s website at the time of review.

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Items sold by marketplace or third-party sellers, including sellers on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or similar websites.
  • Competitor doorbuster pricing.

All price match requests are subject to verification and approval by TYLER’S.

What is Tyler's?

TYLER'S is a Texas-based clothing and shoe store established in 1978. We offer a wide assortment of products from over 350 top industry brands catering to a variety of clothing and shoe needs. Our mission at TYLER'S is to establish ourselves as a premier one-stop shop for athletic performance and lifestyle fashion. We serve the entire family, including kids, grandparents, and everyone in between, with our welcoming customer service, vibrant product collections, and a wholesome atmosphere. What are your store hours?

Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?

Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to TYLER'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.

What brands do you carry?

Currently, we have curated over 350 brands in our physical store locations and are continuing to expand. We carry top brands like On Running, Hoka, Patagonia, Chubbies, Southern Tide, Bogg Bags, Free People Movement, and so much more! Do you offer military or first responder discounts?

Yes, we do offer military/first responder discounts. Please present your military ID at checkout in-store or contact our customer support team for details on how to apply the discount online.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?

To check your balance on your TYLER'S gift card, please visit SmartTransactions online Gift Card Balance portal.

Can I use my e-gift card in-store?

Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.

How do I sign up for emails/the newsletter?

To sign up for our newsletter, enter your email address in the sign-up form located at the bottom of our homepage.
